New Construction Consultation
Planning and building a home from the ground up is a blank canvas just waiting to tell your story! As fun as it is, the process can also be overwhelming so I’m here to help relieve a little stress by stewarding the investments, guiding selections and ensuring all decisions take into consideration your family’s needs and style — for today and the future. Whether you’re designing a custom home or building in an up-and-coming neighborhood with a national builder, we can work in close partnership to ensure the vision is carried through on all levels. Deliverables include reviewing all architectural plans (layout, electrical, plumbing), space plans, materials selections, finishes, lighting, palette/color scheme, paint with option to include window treatments, furniture and decor/accessories.
The process:
Discovery call to get to know each other and the project
Customized scope proposal and agreement
Collaborate with you and your contractor/builder on next steps for gathering pictures of the space, measurements, timing and walk-through
Design and conceptualize your plan
Implement design alongside builder/contractor
Option to include furnishings in design plan, with Studio Lu purchasing and installing upon request.
Pricing: Every project is so unique, therefore, custom quotes are provided - typically hourly rate applies
